ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE

01

Registration

Parents can call the school or visit to book an appointment for a tour of our school. Tours will be given by appointment only. Once the tour is concluded, the registration form should be completed with all supporting documents and Registration fee finalised.

Admission formalities

After completing the payment for registration, an appointment will be booked for assessment. On the day of the assessment, the appointment card should be presented at reception. FS students are assessed informally. Year 1 to Year 6 students will complete a written assessment in English, Mathematics and Science. Once the assessment is finished, results will be communicated within 48 hours.

Assessment

Parents of successful applicants will be given five (5) working days to accept the offer and pay the admission and resource fee. At this time, the registrar will provide a quotation for the payments due throughout the academic year. Places for following academic year must be secured by a payment of 10% of tuition by end April in prior year, which will be credited against Term 1 fees.

Acceptance of Offer

All fees are payable by either of the following options:
1) Full payment of all fees for full academic year by 3rd August 2019
2) Full payment of all Term One fees by 3rd August 2019, together with post-dated cheques (3rd December 2019 & 3rd March 2020) for Terms 2 and 3 submitted by 3rd August 2019. No admission is confirmed until full payment tuition fees or post-dated cheques for Terms 2 and 3 given.
